James wanted to share his passion for creating savory gourmet foods and his childhood love for hot dogs. The combination of the two was just only a concept until roughly 3 years ago when he turned it into a reality. He bought a hotdog stand and posted up in the twins cities. It was a hit. and now you can try his creations at his restaurant in Chanhassen MN.
